Contao 5.4.7, a new version of the Contao open source CMS, has been released.

As always, the latest 5.4 version also contains all bug fixes from the latest 5.3.19 and can therefore be installed under PHP 8.4. In addition, the performance of the tooltips in the back end has been improved.

Changelog of the fixed issues in Contao 5.4.7:

  • #7739 Fix a JS performance issue related to the registration of tooltips (m-vo)

About Contao 5.4

The first stable version of Contao 5.4 has been released on 15 August 2024 and was the successor of Contao 5.3. 5.4 has been updated until 14 February 2025, after which it will be replaced by Contao 5.5.
