As soon as you have activated at least one e-mail notification for monitoring activities in your profile, a new "Pause notifications" input mask is now available in your notifications panel. You can either configure the times when you do not want to disturbed manually or use one of our predefined templates.
The following templates are available:
- Pause at night (22:00 to 08:00)
- Pause at night (00:00 to 06:00)
- Pause on the weekend (Friday 22:00 to Monday 08:00)
If you want to create individual "do not disturb" periods, first select the day(s) of the week, specify from (e.g. Monday to Friday) when you don't want to receive email notifications anymore (e.g. 7 p.m.) and for how long (e.g. 11.30 hours). From now on you will not receive any notifications from Monday to Friday, between 7 p.m. and 6.30 a.m. If an installation is still offline at 6.30, you will receive a notification from us.
Hint
You can add as many people as you want to an organization. For example, you could have a different person informed on weekends than on normal working days.
Other small improvements
Shortcuts for specific actions
You cannow navigate even faster in the detail view of an installation:
- Esc = close/open installation
- Arrow right = next installation
- Arrow left = previous installation
You can also move through the tabs and recognize the following shortcuts by the underlined letter in the tab title:
- M = Monitoring
- S = Security
- U = Updates
- C = Configuration
Jump directly to the update tab
As soon as an update is available, you will now get redirected to the update tab without any detour when you click on the installation.
Discard updates via multiple selection
If you have prepared updates for multiple installations and want to discard them with a bulk operation, this functionality is now also available via the multiple selection.
Multiple selection of installations
As you might be familiar from Contao, in the "edit multiple" mode you can now check or uncheck multiple checkboxes at once. To do so, you have to hold the shift key while clicking. Also, you can select an installation on desktop as well as on mobile by using click-hold/touch-hold: Click/Touch on a given installation and hold. Then drag to the target installation.
Rename labels even easier
The labels can now also be renamed directly from within a filter dropdown. Furthermore, only the labels to be edited are displayed. Additionally, a manually created label (e.g. Contao:3.5.40) is now automatically grouped with the ones generated automatically by trakked.
Progress bar in the list view
If you are preparing multiple installations for updates or if you are installing those prepared updates, you will now see a progress bar around the logo.
