Christmas is just around the corner and Kevin is, as we all know, home alone again. To protect him from uninvited guests, we have provided trakked with two-factor authentication (2FA).

2FA is a security measure where you provide two different factors to authenticate yourself to the system. This feature is available for back end users since Contao 4.6 and was introduced for front end users in Contao 4.8. So it is high time that the access of all accesses (trakked.io) also received this additional protection.

How to enable 2FA?

As soon as you click, data is downloaded from YouTube and thus your IP address is submitted to their servers. For more information on data protection regarding our newsletter, please visit our privacy policy.

Enable two-factor authentication

  1. Sign in to trakked.
  2. Click on the profile icon " settings " two-factor authentication
  3. Click on "activate
  4. Scan the QR code with your 2FA/TOTP app and enter the confirmation code

Along with the adjustments for 2FA, we've revamped the profile view.

Extension list now also shows dependencies

In the list of installed extensions you can now also see all the dependencies. For example, you can check which version of the package "symfony/framework-bundle" is installed.

Since the list now contains well over 170 entries, we have also added a search box.

Merry Christmas!

We wish you happy holidays and all the best for the new year and thank you very much for your trust in us.

Sending our warm greetings from Europe to all around the world
