It's as simple as that:
- Share your personal registration link or referral code with a friend
- Your friend registers via your link or enters your referral code when creating the first organisation
- Your friend stays longer than 30 days and becomes a paying customer
- We give you a free installation as long as your friend is a paying customer at trakked
There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite. The only important thing is that the person to be invited does not yet have a trakked account and that you are an active trakked customer.

Let's briefly go through the individual steps together.
- Log in to your trakked account.
- Click on the refer-a-friend icon at the top right.
- Copy the registration link. You can simply click on the "Copy link" button.
- Send the referral link to the desired person ( for example, by e-mail).
- Your friend now clicks on the link and creates a new account with trakked.
- Once the registration has been successfully confirmed by email, the first organisation can be created.
- When creating the new organisation, make sure that your code is entered in the "Recommended by" form field.
- As soon as your friend has completed the 30-day trial period and becomes a paying customer, you will receive an additional free installation in your organisation.
You may also simply pass on the code ( for example, by phone), but then your counterpart must make sure to enter the code manually when creating the first organisation.
Conditions and frequently asked questions about our referral program
What are the requirements?
In order to invite friends to trakked, you need a user account with an active organisation. In addition, the referral is only accepted for new registrations. This means that if your friend is or was already a trakked customer, you will not receive a reward.
How does the free installation count?
If you refer a customer, you will receive the 11th installation free of charge. E.g. if you refer 3 friends, you will receive the 11th, 12th and 13th installation free of charge.
The basic cost for an organisation is always €24.90. This includes 10 installations. All free installations apply from the 11th installation onwards.
What happens if you do not yet have 10 active installations?
If you currently only have 5 active installations, for example, it will be noted in your account that you have referred a friend, but you will only be able to use the benefit from the 11th installation onwards.
How long is the free installation taken into account?
Your bonus is active as long as your friend has an active paying subscription. If your friend cancels trakked, this one free installation will be canceled.
Can the value of the free installation also be paid out as a credit note?
No, this is not possible. The reward will only be credited as a free installation and cannot be paid out as credit.
