This release mainly contains various improvements and bug fixes for the file management in the back end: These include the better preview of large PDF files and the "edit multiple" feature for files with special characters in the file names. The PDF preview has also been improved so that it now uses the so-called TrimBox. Besides, the preview images for the back end are now also prepared in 2x resolution.
Of course, several bugs outside of the file management have been fixed as well, including improved schema.org output when using multiple FAQ archives on the same page.

About Contao 4.13 LTS
The first stable version of Contao 4.13 has been released on February 17, 2022, replacing Contao 4.9 as the long term support version. As an LTS version, 4.13 will be provided with bug fixes until February 14, 2025 and security-related updates until February 14, 2026. Contao 5.3 will be the next LTS version of Contao and has been released in February 2024, ensuring a stress-free transition.
